  Saltiest "everything" bagels in the entire nation. They could combat the Jersey snow storms with how much they put on. I think I may have gotten hypertension from this; would definitely not reccomend. However, everything else is great. Bagels are good, staff keeps things clean, employees are nice when it's slow, etc. Good place, it's just that the "everything" bagel is inedible. There was more salt in one bite than I've had collectively over the last year.

  Yesterday I had a steak and mushroom with cheese omelette, it was awesomely delicious! Definitely the best omelette I ever had. Mushrooms were super fresh, steak was just right, I think there’s spinach too. I’m excited to have found this place, can’t wait to go there again! I think my boys will enjoy a weekend brunch there. Yummy! I must say too that their service is also excellent.

  I work in Clifton and was looking for that "go to" breakfast place. Unfortunately, this place didn't do it for me. It took 20 mins for my omelette to be ready and it was super overcooked. The coffee is absolutely horrible. The worst I've ever had and because it was bad I switched it for an even worse seltzer water that was beyond flat and had expired in 2007. Maybe it was my fault for not checking but then again who keeps expired seltzer in their fridge.

  Being completely honest that whole place has a problem with taking orders and completing correctly I told them my order about 3x in a row I repeatedly asked the lady did you get it and she kept saying yes I said OK and I repeated again and again and again and she kept tell me yeah I got it longer hold every single thing I ordered came out wrong , I gave him two more chances and both times I went the same exact story I’ve had enough I am never going back there!! If you can’t take a order from a person and write it down and then take the paper with you so as you make it you do it correctly their is something wrong and if people are gonna sit their and say but their so busy that’s BS they take one order at a time that’s it and they’d till mess the order up !!!

  I grew up in Clifton and still live here, and Hot Bagels Abroad is definitely my go to place for bagels. I usually get a taylor ham, egg and cheese on a super egg bagel, and lately I opt for the Hangover sandwich which includes a hashbrown patty. While I still enjoy the food, the service has gone to the wayside. I keep seeing new faces and they do not seem to be able to keep up with the flow of customers. My bagel orders have been in correct the last two times I've been there. It gets frustrating having to deal with cashiers who aren't familiar with the bagel assortment and who can't recall or follow food orders. I suggest management reconsider their hiring process.
