::Great bagels. Fresh and delicious food. Clean place

::Good bagels. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. I recommend calling in a big order to avoid a.m. lines

::Really good, fresh bagels with really great service. Long lines at busy times but line moves quickly. Non-bagel items aren't on same level as bagels.

::Amazing bagels. This is my home for every weekends. I usually get sausage egg and bacon in an everything bagel. It tastes like heaven

::Friendly staff and good food, however, they are in desperate need of a new system for their busy Saturday and Sunday mornings. Sadly, it was a chaotic mess. I came in to pick up an order I had placed a few days prior for 2 dozen bagels and it took 30 minutes, because there was no organization and nothing indicating I could walk up anywhere to pick them up separately of the line of people ordering breakfast sandwiches/drinks. I certainly didn't want to cut in front of anyone, and by the time I got to the register the order wasn't ready (I had a pickup time scheduled.) It doesn't make sense the way they have one line, take orders, don't have people pay, then people stand waiting for their food in a haphazard bunch on the side crowding/bumping into people trying to eat at the tables then, once their order is done, they have to apologetically push some person out of the way, that is now in line trying to order, so they can pay and leave. You will serve more people, make more money and have less stress with the following system. I saw people leave/you lost sales the last time I was in... Suggestion for an otherwise great place: You have 2 registers, so set up 2 lines. Two people only work registers and do not leave to make food (that slows everything down, majorly.) Have people order AND pay at the same time, write their name on the bag, their order is being made while other orders are being taken, then call their name when it's ready and then they can just pick it up and LEAVE. If there are a good # of people that only come in for coffee and a bag of bagels, that's one line/the fast lane (only you can know the breakdown of sales, though), the other lane is combo hot drinks and bagels/breakfast sandwiches. Or, both lanes are everything if your sales breakdown is split pretty evenly. But, no matter what, have a sign hanging from the ceiling above the glass bagel case stating "Pickup of Pre-orders". In the back there are one or two people designated for hot drinks only, then only certain people designated bagels/cream cheese/butter, then only certain people doing hot sandwiches. I will happily change this to 5 stars if things get better organized because the food is good, people are nice and it's on my way to where I need to be weekends. Fingers crossed!
