Your concerns were sent to the main distribution center where they are committed to always improve any product.   Honest review... 1. They call themselves a bakery yet don't have any pastries, cakes, and or any sweets im used to seeing when entering a common bakery. Unless you count a guava Pastery which flakes off as you pick it up turning your mouthful bite to a nibble....also only having a teaspoon of some red stuff in the middle that the call "guava"...yet can't tell if it's guava due to the amount placed in the pastry.... 2. Bought a meal... the flavor was dry and definetly not worth the $.... 3. Service was dry... not welcoming at all.... I should have gone to a diner instead where i would have recieved service along with abundant amount of food.
