  Forget the best fried fish. Forget the best fried chicken. This is the best food in the city, and my go-to place to show out of towners what DC is all about.

  I always enjoy their fish, it is season very good. And they always give you plenty to share with others. I grew up with this carry out. I really missed it. Try it for your self

  The food is good but the customer service is horrible. Black people people need to do better. And they wonder why none supports us. They always have people waiting outside after they say they are open. Then when you go there THEY ARE NOT OPENED AND THEY TURNING PEOPLE WAY. such nasty ass attitude old men smh. ITS TIME TO STOP PATRONIZING AT THIS LOCATION

  Great service and great people.... the thing I don't get is why so many negative reviews .... if you don't like something then dont buy it or patronize it... like we as a people need to remember we all have bills and families to take care of ... if I or few others were to listen to some of this slander then this business would be dead because of here say.... remember what you put out is what u get in return inst2ad of judging or telling the next man or woman what to do, make sure your ducks are in a row... Love You Mr Dickie and thank you to you and your family for serving this community for almost 30 yrs now....

  If you're looking for good fried fish and a quick seafood fix. Horace & Dickie's is the place to go. During the Lunch hours the line is long and parking scarce. However, it worth the wait.
