  I am late writing this, but this place is awesome. I would like to give a big SHOUT OUT TO....BONGO...you sir are a great person with a award winning attitude. You are an example of what great customer service is, you need to teach the rest of your staff how to be like that. All my co-worker really likes you and love coming to Hop's Chicken when you are working. Keep up the great smile and great customer service.   Decent but waited almost 30 minutes for 2 chicken biscuits. And they forgot our gravy. Unless you’ve got some time to kill go somewhere else

  I had a half-chicken box. I thought it was just ok/mediocre. My chicken came out greasy/soaked in oil. The skin was really loose/separated from chicken. Didn't find it to be particularly good on this occasion. Other people have mentioned to me that this place is hit-or-miss. Consistency does not seem to be one of it's strong points. People recommend the chicken biscuit from this place.

  Absolutely one of my favorite places in PCM. The prices are reasonable in comparison to a lot of the other restaurants, but I get it is b/c of the location. Their chicken is fantastic. I get the sandwich when its just me and I get the basket when I'm feeding my family. I can be pretty picky when it comes to fried chicken, growing up in the south with a grandmother who cooked from scratch, and I have never been disappointed. I've always found the staff very friendly and willing to put up with my hungry children with a smile.

  Went here this past weekend with some friends, we waited perhaps 15 minutes but it was Saturday night and every location in the food court had a wait. The food was incredible and in my opinion worth the wait, the chicken was large, well seasoned and succulent. A friend of mine had the chicken tenders, they were a big on the skimpy side but otherwise tasty and the Mac n Cheese is perfection! The last thing I want to note is the BBQ sauce is more like a salsa, we all enjoyed it but it wasn't what we were expecting and spicy (which we enjoy) but if you don't do spice, i'd suggest skipping out on it.
