  Getting through their phone lines to: speak to nurse, speak to adult services, set an appointment, check on any refill.. is absolutely impossible. Voice mailboxes are all full, the ones that arent.. dont even state where it goes, and you will never receive a call back. The only people who answer are the appointment setters (sometimes) and they are not even in the same building so they will send you to the person you need to talk to that will send you to a full mailbox. I am in awe at the lack of any idea of what is going on in this organization. It took me two weeks when trying to get a refill for a prescription, to FINALLY get in touch with a nurse (after asking to speak with supervisor) for them to tell me I needed to set another appointment to get my medication, next appt available is in 3 months. I work the 8-5 hours M-F they have, so I dont have the walk in option. I am at a loss for words at how difficult it must be to get a straight answer from anyone here.

  Front office staff are lazy and unprofessional. If I could give no stars I would.
