  My first visit the staff was great, but the food was not as great as other locations. Still a good place to hit if you are in the hot wing mood. My second visit was horrible. Very poor staff. Long waits for everything. Asked for sauces to try and it was never bought out. We were there for an hour before we were served. It was just three of us. I'd certainly recommend another location even if you need to drive for it.

  ONLY negative review I've ever posted because I know running a business is tough. Our shrimp had 2 long hairs (about the size of a hand) mixed in the shrimp batter. We sent it back and asked for another order, I got charged for both orders. No apologies given. Restroom had no soap in dispenser and towels dispenser was broken. How do the customers and employees wash their hands when handling food? I told a staff member & she said "Oh yeah, we know" After seeing the reviews now I see why their Corporate was there during our visit. I hope they see this and make some serious changes. This location REALLY needs to step it up in many areas!

  Was in there last Sunday night 4-29-18 around 8;30, when walked in the waitstaff was all setting at the bar playing some card game for money, the place was nearly empty but we still had to wait a few minutes to be seated. Finally was waited on, food took over 30 min, just a burger & wings. Very cold. Never asked if we would like anything else, never thanked for coming in. Paid with a card & left $6.00 & change tip. Next night I checked my card balance & some how The tip I left grew. NEVER BE BACK WILL TELL MY FRIENDS!!!

  Today we had great service and food. Our waitress was Brittany and she did amazing. The manager actually went to each table and asked how everything was going. This was the best experience we have had in awhile at this location.

  The bartender Jazz is awesome!!!!! Everytime I go she is smiling, attentive, and recommends great drinks! She is calm even when the bar is full and its just her and literally takes care of everyone! No drinks ever empty, dirty plates on the bar, or people dissatisfied. Plus she is freaking gorgeous!!!! Love her and will be back because of her!
