  It offers panoramic views of the Hudson River and trails for walking, jogging and biking. You may either walk a riverfront pathway along the River or climb up to the plateau in which there are beautiful picnic areas with barbeque facilities. You may drive to the plateau. The picnic areas are closed during winter. Pets are not allowed in the plateau.
