  A woman that had been evicted many times failed to pay me rent and the Electric bill and stole all my electronics and property.... She was given 25 minutes of the 30 minutes given by the Judge to settle the case. I was given 2-3 minutes and my arguments that the Real Estate Contract be reviewed were quickly dismissed and the Judge quickly ruled in favor of the woman and slapped me with $575 and with 50% fine on top of that when I complained I was receiving $425 on social security and I could end up homeless. I was crushed that the Contract the woman signed with me was not reviewed carefully by the Judge and she sided with the Plaintiff 100% . Why do we have Rental Contracts ? The Judge refused to look at the terms of the contract...and I got hurt....deeply hurt. A Horrible experience.
