  I was brought to court because the Taylor Police Department was angry, I had called the police because my stepfather had punched me in the face 7 times I was gushing blood once I got him under control by throwing him on the ground and holding him I made the decision to call the police instead of pound his face in. I spent three years in the Middle East and I could have hurt him severely but I chose not to. When the police arrived they refused to arrest my father who was on probation for punching my mother in the face and drunk driving three and a half years prior to this when I refused to leave because they were not arresting him or calling his probation officer I then requested the Taylor police officer to wengrowski supervisor. So the officer told me the only way he would arrest my dad is if he arrest us both is that what you want I said yes I have not been in trouble in 22 years I straighten my life up I had been volunteering in the jails and at the woman's domestic violence shelter for over 4 years I was confident that the judge would make a right decision but instead the officers charged me with ridiculous crime to cover up what they had did which was falsifying a police report stating my dad dialed nine-one-one they wrote down this false statement on the police report then obtained a felony warrant for me. My case was brought in front of Judge towel on and he had a very good demeanor a very honorable respectful honest fairly happy man I was confident that the truth would prevail. And it did it took the jury 15 minutes we didn't even get downstairs to buy a t and they had already made their decision not guilty on all charges this judge was phenomenal you could trust him 100%.
