  The I.N.S. should be held resposible Judge Marcuzzo is a Good Loyal and Honest Judge and i believe it is Immigrations Laws that caused this outburst and the Man that did this should have never been allowed in this Country. This man should be transported back here to face his charges regardless MY prayers go to all involved .

  Judge Marcuzzo has a bad record including profanity-laced threats that led to a suspension. But how anybody - ANYBODY - could think that turning Eswin Mejia loose to flee the country after killing Sarah Root is acceptable is beyond belief. We are in desperate need of voting this guy out of office.
