  Judge Daniels is a corrupt judge. He sided with an attorney who is guilty to exposing me to asbestos causing irreversible damage to my lungs. He refused to allow me to reopen a civil claim which the administrative judge dismissed. Judge Daniels stated it would be double jeopardy. Double jeopardy would only be applicable if Mr. Hogan had already been tried for the crimes he was accused of.
