::Preordered, paid $90 and picked up a ham on 12/23/2022 from the Jacksonville store. I have no issues with the store or their employees however the ham tasted horrible! There was none of the normal sugary crust and the taste was not the same. My main complaint is the customer service person I spoke to I assume at the corporate office. He was rude, stating the recipe was not changed and completely unconcerned that I was not satisfied. I am not looking for anything, just trying to give honest feedback and the uncaring employee has just turned me off from ever purchasing from Honeybaked in the future.

::Very unprofessional , I prepaid for a ham on line when visiting the store for the second time in Arlington expressway to pick up my Ham . I was told they did not have my ham available to come back later . I spoke with the manager Aden he thought the issue was funny when I explain to him I live 50 miles from store and could not come back. could you compensate with a substitute for something else. he said no . I am highly upset tried call the corporate office to no available . my review is never again will I order anything from this company .

::Absolutely ridiculous. The worst customer service experience in my memory. Ordered $180 worth of turkey and ham to be delivered to my home last Friday in time for Thanksgiving. The turkey was delivered, the ham was missing - I have been on hold for their corporate office for a total of 2 hours now (three separate calls) with no answer. This is the week of Thanksgiving; how can their call center be un-manned!? I will never spend another penny with this company and will be sure to spread the word to all of my friends and family.

::I have been a loyal customer for years. I have not been able to enter the rewards program which was introduced lately. The "log in" to my account doesn't work. The system does not permit me to use my password or change it to new one. I cannot reach anyone at the home office. Don't forward info to customers until you are ready to handle. I am so dissatisfied!

::Wish I could put no stars. But, whatever. Anyways. I have blue hair, that’s not the problem for .. Wouldn’t hire me for SEASONAL, unless I would take out my piercings. I have a nose one. Tongue. & my lip ( Ashley piercing) it’s called. I’ve had my nose and tongue done when I worked there before seasonal years ago. Like come on, discrimination. Wasted my time coming in for an interview. Need to talk to corporate or my attorney.
