  Horrible service. I must have sat in the parking lot for at least an hour before being spoken in a disrespectful manner pull up. The service was by far unprofessional. I did not receive a greeting out of common courtesy nor a friendly smile. After two hour horrible experience which was only to change a tire I've learned they are overpriced and rude. Used tires tread can be up to 90%, but the average is 6-8/32”. Tires in good condition should have a minimum of 6/32” to be useful, or 4/32” if the tire is 13-14”. The average legal minimum tread depth is 2/32”, but driving becomes unsafe with such a tread. Besides, most dealerships require at least 4/32” tread to trade-in a car without prior a tire change. The used tires being placed are not meeting any used tire specifications. If your vehicle cannot move then ok make the stop there but if you can continue search elsewhere. In that neighborhood is more tire shops nearby. There was no sign of appreciation after conducting business with this company from staff. I know it's a tire shop but wow this is pushing the envelope.
