  Unlike some dealerships, the person I spoke on the phone with was the person I met with. Latoya was great. She was honest with me when she told me she didn't have the car I wanted on the lot. More importantly, she was honest with me when she said she could get me the car in a few days from another dealer. She was great keeping in touch with me and the car was delivered as promised.
