::Great location! Staff is super friendly. Only concern was our sheets was dirty & we didn't find out until 11 PM. They did send up a new comforter & sheets, but wish they were clean ahead of time. Other than that, the hotel was nice. The room wasn't super clean, but it's a Homewood suites, I don't expect perfection.

::This hotel has a great location. It has a Safeway right opposite and it is open 24 hours. Very convenient for families. The staff were super helpful and they always did their best to respond to our requests. During our stay, the hotel was completely booked and they were short on towels. Daunte (front desk) made sure we got some as soon as they were available. He also gave us some great restaurant recommendations in the area. The only downside is that there is no pool in this hotel but we knew that going in. Tip: If you want to avoid the breakfast rush, try to go downstairs as early as you can (7am). After 8 it gets crowded and you have a hard time getting an elevator back to your room. We took breakfast up to our room during our stay.

::In general it was fine. They gave away our two bed suite and gave us a king bed. The staff needs to be taught the proper information about the place. For example we were told breakfast was until 10 am, but when we arrived it was done at 9 am. The hotel also does not have adequate parking available, and you are forced to find parking elsewhere. It did have a good location with many restaurants nearby.

::Beware -- You don't get what you pay for!!! We paid for a room with two beds in advance but when we arrived the hotel had not saved our room. We arrived around 12 noon (so we arrived BEFORE our check-in time). We had two adults and two kids and we were given a room with a king bed (questionable -- seemed more like a Queen). I had looked at other hotels and specifically chose this one because there were two beds so we could all sleep comfortably after walking all day. We ended up with 3 of us sleeping each night in the larger bed and one child on the fold-out couch -- it was very uncomfortable. I asked for a refund of the difference between the two bed room vs the king bed and was told it was not possible. (There was at least a $30 difference). I have always been under the impression that if you book well in advance of your stay and PAY in advance for your room that you should expect to get the room you have reserved -- in the end we ended up a room with one bed (for four people) that was a less expensive room. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

::Really new and modern hotel. Love the Homewood suites as a brand because you don't feel like you are in a hotel because of the couch and kitchenette. This location had friendly staff and a convenient location. Breakfast was great and the food at the "happy hour" evening reception was great too. I put happy hour in quotations because unlike other locations I have stayed at this particular location did not provide free beer and wine. But overall would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!
