  Very clean, nice hotel. Easy access to dining and entertainment options. The only downside is the sewer smell right outside of the main entrance.

  Had a great experience here! The staff was super friendly and very helpful! We were thereon a Tuesday and the dinner social was amazing. Will absolutely have to come back here!

  Nice room in Arlington. Good restaurants nearby. The pool was awesome. Breakfast is incubated and was tasty, eggs and bacon.

  We reserved our room a month in advance, but when we got there at 5:00pm they said our room wasn't ready, they tried to talk us into a smaller room, which of course would not work for us. Finally they agreed that we could wait outside for an hour while they cleaned it. That gave us time to acquaint ourselves with the pretty nice outdoor space, which would be amazing if there wasnt a giant pot full of jagged broken glass (a trendy "fire feature") which of course means the entire patio area leading to the pool is littered with that same jagged broken glass. So after the check-in from hell, we unloaded all our stuff onto the tiny rickety carts, which are not capable of traversing the mixed carpet/tile hallways. Then of course after we got the kids to sleep, the toilet in our room wouldn't flush. We called the desk and they kindly offered for us to wake the kids up and move to a smaller room. Because nobody in the entire building knows what a plunger is. So I drove to the store, bought a plunger, and fixed their toilet. Not that anyone at the desk or at corporate bothered to follow up on our complaints. The heated pool is great (it really is), as long you manage to avoid the shards of broken glass everywhere. The price point is really poor, it is way over priced especially considering the customer service. Besides the plumbing problem our room is pretty great, the kitchenette is well equipped and the beds are comfortable.

  Very nice hotel, lobby is very welcoming and nicely decorated. Check in was quick, friendly staff. Our suite was fabulous! Small kitchen area fully set up, nice sitting area with comfy sofa and ottoman. Bathroom and shower very nice stocked with top end toiletries. Shower was very roomy (easily fit 2 or more) and full glass sliding door was a nice touch. Bed was a dream to sleep on with plenty of comfy pillows. Parking lot security on premise. Great place to stay!
