Decent hotel. First the good… very friendly desk employees. We had a few issues with no supplies in the room… which they took care of immediately. The size of the suite was nice and large… completely separate bedroom… I love that. Ok… now the not so great. No supplies in the room… no wash cloths… minus a pillow… about a forth of a roll of toilet paper! The hall carpet was gross… VERY dirty! The bathroom floor tile was all cracked up! The breakfast was not good at all… the oatmeal was cold… not even slightly warm. They had sausage and tater tots… they were also cold… pretty bad. We mentioned it the the gal in the kitchen… the next morning it was the same! Disappointing! On the up side the coffee was good! So over all I was a little shocked at the condition of this Comfort Inn. My husband and I travel a lot… we expect decent accommodation when we spend money! What a shame!

Older property, cheapest toilet paper on the market(bring your own), slow elevator, breakfast bar ran out of items, hallway carpet gross (needs to be replaced) construction work on outside was noisy so they moved our room(very thankful they had one available). Had issue with a room down the hall flooding (thankful it wasn’t our room). Most workers were more concerned with straightening things than attending to customer needs. They were nice but unconcerned about making you wait. Front desk frequently unattended. Only one washcloth in room for two people. Must request for your room to be cleaned or get fresh towels as they don’t do that daily. Probably due to not having enough people to do the work. Beds were comfortable. Overall, old property needs work. Corporate needs to secret shop this place and commend good workers and train the others to put customers before stocking and straightening.

Rooms were a little more run-down than expected, especially for the price. Definitely needs new mattresses and a deep cleaning in rooms and throughout hallways. Did experience false fire alarms a couple of times one day due to freezing sprinklers. Caused flooding in the pool area, which shut down the pool. Some had flooded rooms and needed to move hotels. However, our room didn't experience those issues. Breakfast was very good and staff kept it stocked.

So the hotel is old and needs some TLC asap! The elevator took a long time and sounded like it was going to break so I mostly took the stairs. There are strange people hanging around outside but they just need to hire some security. Their system was down so One of the nights i was there the front desk guy ( who was really sweet by the way) had to take me to my room because they couldn’t make keys. The only Ice machine in the whole hotel didn’t work. The ice machine in the freezer didn’t work. The air was a hit and miss but worked most of the time. The breakfast was the best tho!!! I don’t know that Mexican lady name but honey yaaassss you cooked that breakfast to the T. That was the best part of staying here. Other than that. I slept good and had a good time. ✌️

We had reservations for a suite from 07/17-07/23/22. We reported that the refrigerator wasn’t working on Monday and Tuesday to a young girl at the front desk. On Tuesday when I was speaking to her she said the maintenance guy was aware and he does what he wants. After nothing was done we checked out on Wednesday, July 20th and left to the Hilton Garden in Irving, TX because we couldn’t deal with the loud noise that was coming out from the refrigerator ( the refrigerator wasn’t keeping cold it was running hot). All they had to do was move us to another room. The only positive thing that we had was the ladies that work in the breakfast bar. They were polite, helpful and friendly. The front desk staff was not at all.
