  The best in the business! Especially Nam! I’ve been a customer at many different banks in my lifetime and there has been none other than HomeStreet Bank that actually treats you like they care. You’re not just a number. It’s like family here and they even remember people by name. Recommend this bank over and over again!

  I have worked in customer service all my life and I have very high standards! Nam and his crew at Bellevue absolutely exceeded my expectations. The location was clean and the staff was very professional! I will refer you any chance I get!

  Met with Nam to notarize some paperwork for me and found his team very pleasant and easy to work with. The bank is extremely clean and up to date. Overall I can't ever think of a banking experience being "amazing" but this is as close as it gets.

  Under new management. Want to be treated like family from the start, talk to Nam's team at this downtown Bellevue branch. It is rare to find staff that is looking out for your best interest and how they can best help your financial life. Very resourceful staff that goes above and beyond to make sure your experience is A+. Business banking, and personal banking, I could not recommend this Bank and this particular staff enough.

  Charged me a $75 'research fee' to print off 10 statements that already existed in their system after I closed a checking account with them and no longer had online access myself. Coupled with the $3 per statement printing charge, this came out to $105 to print 30 pages of 8.5 x 11 paper. Absolutely Ridiculous. Banking with them was average at best (had a small business checking account) but they LOVE their fees. Best to stay away.
