  I believe I am forced to put one star...otherwise it would be negative -50 stars.  Stephanie was recommended to me by my contractor since I didn't need a lot of cabinetry for my bath reno.  Very helpful the first day when we placed the order.  Down hill..tumbling and screeching down hill after that.  No responses to emails, no return phone calls.  She forgot to order the Quartz countertop and blamed it on her vendor.  My cabinets came in to their store 6 weeks ago and she NEVER inventoried it - then when she look at the order and found out that one crucial cabinet was missing....she never told me about it then, promptly forgot about it altogether.  She then had her boss (Ed) deliver an incomplete order.  It was in my garage a few days and we never found out was missing a cabinet until my contractors were ready to install them.  I went ape-wild crazy on her and she pretty much admitted that she called the company once looking for the cabinet and then just didn't follow up on it...EVER. Talk about dropping the BALL! How embarrassing for her boss... he delivers an incomplete order and has no idea.   I asked her multiple times to keep me informed and she never ever called me with either good news or bad.  IF YOU ARE DRIVING BY AND WANT TO STOP BY..SAVE YOURSELF AND TURN THE CAR AROUND.  IF YOU JUST MADE AN ORDER....STOP PAYMENT ON THE CHECK.  MY BATHROOM REMODEL IS NOW BEING HELD UP BECAUSE OF IMCOMPETANCE AND NON-CARING BEHAVIOR ATTITUDE... mediocre products and service, and I'm being charitable here.

  Was a little hard to find but I'm glad we did. Stephanie was very helpful. The shop has a large selection of tiles, cabinets, blinds, and other kitchen and bath items. We're looking to renovate our kitchen and this location was one of the more pleasant ones that we've had.
