  I love this store! You can find some really awesome things here. However I had a few very not pleasant situations when employees were rude. That’s a pity to have that kind of a customer service.

  My daughter purchased some items at your store tonight. When she left she realized that things did not add up. She called me to ask what she should. I asked her how she would feel tomorrow. She said terrible. She went back to the store. The only thing the manager was interested in was to reprimand his employee. That is fine. But a simple thank you would of been nice. There was none of that. I just felt you should know this. As I remember. Customers always come first. I guess that it not the standard for home goods or it’s managers.
