::Great place to shop everything you need for your home

::On Wednesday December 6, 2017, I was shopping at Home Goods store (714), located at 2201 Nostrand Avenue in Brooklyn, NY. When I returned home after a day of shopping, I realized that I had lost my wedding band. As you can imagine I was very upset. I retraced my steps and the places that I shopped that day. I called your store and spoke with Rudy, the manager on duty. He was extremely kind, understanding, and willing to help me with my situation. He looked in the stores lost and found and other places to see if anyone had found my ring. Unfortunately, it had not been found. He asked me to send him a picture of my wedding band, so that he could ask the other managers at your store to keep an eye out for it. I texted him a picture of my ring and was so appreciative of his effort to help me. Fortunately, this morning I found my missing ring in my car under my seat. I’ve no idea how it got there, but perhaps when I was putting my shopping bags in my back seat, it slipped off. Again, I cannot thank Rudy enough for being so compassionate and helpful. Rudy is truly a role model for excellent customer service, and a wonderful ambassador for Home Goods.

::This Home Goods location .. is the rudest store I have ever been in .. the guard at the door is a disgrace , nasty rude , not helpful. I have been in numerous Home Goods over the years with wonderful customer care ,, the Brooklyn location needs to have a clean sweep and hire new managers and sales people .. although before I end my post I would like to say the only sales person that I have had a wonderful experience with is a lovely lady named Valerie .. I've only visited this location if I knew Valerie was in. Other wise I walk right out the door .
