  Eveytime I've visited this store I leave feeling disappointed because anyone you encounter can't help you. Today I had to ask 4 people before someone showed me where I could find the parts for my water heater. There are some helpful employees but most of them are not worth your time. The home depot on Arapahoe Rd is one of the better stores if you are someone who needs assistance.

  If i could give a zero star, i would. Went in to try to find a chain saw replacement, to only find out they don't sell it. We spent 350.00 plus tax for a chainsaw and they don't even carry the replacement for it. only sold online, then the one that was compatible was sold out. Then she check in other locations to see if other home deport had if in stock but none had them except Arvada. Not going that far. If it was going to be this difficult to get a replacement then I wouldn't have bought this chainsaw. They had other chains for cheaper chainsaws and the associate did there best to help but they lack knowledge. Older gentlemen was more helpful after 3 other associates tried to help me. Then I wanted to talk to the manager.. she or he never came. I wouldn't have been so upset if the customer service was there but clearly they don't care. Returning the chainsaw. Glad I kept the receipt and box, but will be going to another home depot and hope for better service.
