::Unfortunately this place is the worst when it comes to customer service. I wish I read the reviews before I came and bought my gas fireplace. This is what happens if you don't do research before buying something. A hard lesson to learn. I bought a gas fireplace and it was expensive, which was my choice I know, but at the same time didn't think they would over charge me by over ordering the stone I ordered and not stand by this. After the installation, we had five extra boxes of stone left over. Which came to over 12 sq ft approx of extra stone. I spoke to John Enea about this, and he seemed to not understand how this happened. Meaning the over ordering. He said he would be in touch with me in order to return the materials and reimbursement. He requested I wait until after Christmas because they were busy. I did and tried reaching out the second week in January because I never heard back from him. My husband and I left six voicemails over a two week period to have John call us. John never did. So near the end of January, I emailed him and told him I was taking him to small claims court after speaking to a lawyer. Within two hours, he emailed me back. Amazing how quickly I received a response. He said he would only reimburse me for two of the five boxes and claimed they were only worth half the price and couldn't resell them. He obviously thinks I am stupid. John also said in an email how the price of stone included labor. Which means they charged me labor twice if that is even true. Because on my receipt I had a line for labor which was a separate line than the stone. I am taking them to court in order to receive my money back and to hopefully get them stop ripping people off. Please do not buy from this place and let others know. There are other places to buy a fireplace or anything else they sell. They should not be in business just alone for ripping people off and ignoring customers who help pay their bills. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!! It really should be scored a zero or no stars, but that was not an option.

::Home and Hearth did my mother's kitchen remodel in November. The estimate was that it would take two weeks. We was skeptical but guess what it took 2 weeks. She says it was the greatest experience she had with work done on her home. From the time she walked in and saw the kitchen display (which was exactly what she was trying to explain to other people) and spoke with Cindy and planned the job and ordered the cabinets and received an estimate and completion - it was just wonderful. Everyone was just so nice and knowledgeable. They had good ideas and the best part was the coordination of the plumber, electrician and countertop purchase - all were just wonderful. When considering the amount of money it cost to remodel a kitchen it is so nice to be satisfied and happy with the outcome. There was so much support from the home base and the management visited often to check on the job. Of course, we must mention Pat, the carpenter and his expertise in installation and just a great personality. He really did a super job. We would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to remodel their home. It was just marvelous.

::We ordered a stove and had it installed a few years back. We try to keep up with annual tune ups, cleanings, repairs, etc, however it seems that every time we call looking for help, we get a rude woman on the other end, and terrible Customer service. They never return your phone calls, and it’s always you pursuing them. I STRONGLY URGE YOU NOT TO BRING YOUR BUSINESS TO THEM. FIND SOMEPLACE ELSE TO SHOP, ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THE INITIAL SALE AND AFTER THAT YOURE ON YOUR OWN! 0 stars out of 100 on customer service and overall experience. It boggles my mind how you’re still in business with the awful service you provide .

::We recently moved to the area and initially came to this store to compare grill prices with Home Depot. John was extremely patient with our crying baby and was far from a pushy salesman. We decided to purchase a Broil King grill and have it assembled and delivered to our home. The grill arrived on time and in perfect working order. The delivery crew were top notch, professional, friendly, informed and extremely polite. All of the store's grills are made in North America and are beyond the quality you can purchase at a big box store. They do things the right way with courtesy and fairness. I would not think twice about recommending them and I am sure I will do business with them again.
