::The only place I trust to develop my film! Everyone there is helpful and nice.

::I just received exceptional customer service at Home Fair Camera in Larchmont. I was able to print high quality pictures very easily. It was very busy (pre-holiday) and the staff was friendly and helpful. I do not plan on doing photos at CVS again.

::Really cool folks who know their stuff. Love patronizing a local store and very pleased with the one-day turnaround time on prints. A room of film developed with a digital copy will set you back about $20.

::First time I went, the person who was helping me looked like she was training someone else except she didn't really know what she was doing herself. She told me that the negatives I dropped off would be ready by the end of the day. She called my cell maybe 30 seconds after I walked out the door to say they'll call me when the negatives were ready. I got a call saying the negatives were ready, I asked if there was a chance they were cut. I was told by a guy that, "We don't have a machine for that." Okay, all good, I can do that myself. When I went back to pick up my negatives, the first person who helped me asked for my name, and after she couldn't find my negatives, she asked what size they were. I said, "120." She asked, "What size?" I said, "120." She gave me a look that said, "Come on, do I really need to ask for the size again?" A coworker explained to her that the 120 film is kept somewhere else. I wanted to give them another try. Brought another roll of film, was helped by the first person again. She asked if I wanted my negatives cut (I thought they didn't have a machine to cut 120 film so they got a machine to cut 120 film within a month?), I said sure, and then expected to get a phone call within a few days to say it's ready to be picked up. A week and a half later, I call, another lady answers the phone, asks for my name in an unfriendly manner. She then says that it isn't ready yet, won't be ready until the end of the day, and they'll give me a call. Two days later, no call yet so I call. Unfriendly man answers the phone asking for my name. Says yeah the roll is ready. I went to pick it up, first person who ever helped me didn't look pleased to see me. Well, fortunately for her, I won't be going back. Unfriendly service plus too long of a wait for a single roll of film.

::Home fair is great. They have been around forever. They just to be the go to place for film developing. You can get prints made here, but frames, cameras, and they even have a good selection of greeting cards. The staff is super friendly and helpful.
