  I feel as if I am misleading you by giving this sham operation even a single star. I placed an order with Home Elements on March 19, 2017 for three barstools. Four times since then, I have been notified that my order has been delayed. On June 26, 2017, the Home Element customer service rep promised me that the stools would be shipped "probably by June 30". Twice since that telephone conversation I have been told of further delays. A different customer rep told me today (July 14) that the anticipated shipping date had again been delayed until July 27. So after a four month wait for three barstools advertised as for sale on its web page, I cancelled the order (order # HFM14843). This operation appears to me to be a simple retailer with absolutely no control over its manufacturer, Hillsdale Furniture Mart. Run, don't walk away from any thought of dealing with either entity.
