I just ordered 2 vanity sets. That were delivered a week after the date promised, it was delivered by one person only and one of the vanities was 72 inches long could that be the reason why it was damaged ? Also the sink for the small vanity was the wrong size, when we try to call to let them know about the issue, it is impossible to talk to a person live. The sink for the big vanity was damaged completely broken by one of the corners, the answer was " you have 5 days only to report that." Not only the customer service is horrible, and no one returns the calls, but now I am stuck with two vanities with no sinks, it has been over a week since we reported the issue with the small vanity and the answer is that the factory is in California, we can't do nothing from here, but to call. So far we have not been contacted, at time of purchase we were assured that If something was wrong with the product, it will be taken care of. This was the worst experience in the whole process of remodeling our house.

I learned about HDOC In Philadelphia, but that location has since closed. The staff and management at the Seacacus location provide well beyond World Class Customer Service. I have called and emailed multiple times about my product i bought from the Philadelphia Store. And although they are no longer open, this location has done everything in MY eyes to provide the needed and extra customer care. If renovating in the future, I will ALWAYS come and buy from them. They have unique products that you do not see in most places. I will always and continue to rave about the experiences here!

We purchase a whole set here, vanity, mirror and bathroom cabinet in Oct. Due to delay on our bathroom project we request all pieces to be drop off in late January. Where it remain in my dinning room until march. We finally open the vanity to install and notice a crack on the left leg and paint is peeling off in the left coner, it getting worse and worse every day, because painting coming of of the vanity snd we did not stsrt use it yet.We promptly contacted them to make use of the one year warranty which they provide and we still have on hand and CS response was o well you had five days to look at the piece and didn't bother mention or making good on the warranty letter we have. We then sent an email with all documents attach and as of yet they have made no attempt to contact us. Very disappointed in this store, why provide a warranty if your not going to honor it. We finally got in contact with management and they understood our problem and was willing to replace the set unfortunately they didn't have the same one we pick originally. The where nice enough to let us pick any set at no extra cost a swap it. Which we are grateful to them.

Spent over $1k on a bathroom vanity. The products come pre-assembled and they would not open the boxes for me to inspect it when I picked it up, yet they wanted me to sign saying it was "inspected and received". I put in HUGE letters, "not inspected", and signed only that I received it. Then i asked to make sure that if anything was wrong that they would resolve it promptly. I received all the assurance in the world that they would. Get home, vanity goes in a few days later. Overall it's good but one of the drawer faces was attached crooked (as I mentioned above, it was pre-assembled). Therefore, the drawer hits the cabinet every time you open/close it. I contacted Home Design Outlet Center immediately (last Thursday) and spoke with a customer service rep who said she would have someone call me back. No one called. Friday I called back and spoke to them again. After 3 calls, I was told to adjust the legs of the vanity to straighten it. Clearly, they hadn't bothered to listen to the issue. So again, I explained and offered to send pictures. I sent the pictures immediately Friday and was told I would hear back within 20 minutes. 2 hours later I call back, and they are still too busy to handle the problem. Heard nothing until I called back Tuesday end of day, was told to twist a different leg. Again explained if someone would just look at the da*n pictures they would see it is the front of one cabinet, not the vanity itself that it crooked. Wednesday still nothing. Spent two hours going back and forth, still waiting for a manager. All this time no manager has even bothered to reach out or get on the line. Was told a manager would call me back before the end of day yesterday (Wednesday). Didn't get a call until this morning (Thursday). The manager was rude and unhelpful. He said to give him a minute to look at the pictures. So in the over a week I had been talking to these people, he never even bothered to open the pictures I had sent a week prior! He tried to tell me that this wasn't their issue, but a manufacturer's defect and that we shouldn't have installed the vanity and would have to wait 3 months for a replacement. I was flabbergasted. I asked firstly, why we wouldn't install the vanity over a crooked drawer face, secondly - why we would have to replace the whole vanity, and thirdly - do they still not understand what the issue is?? All they had to do was replace the drawer or send someone out to straighten the face of it and instead I have gotten the run around and have been lied to (they tried saying they have none in stock). They have one on their showroom floor!!! Lol I even told them I would BRING them the drawer and take the one from the display. Still nothing. These people are horrendous. They will be nice to get your business but even the simplest of problems WILL NOT be resolved. Can't imagine what some people must have to go through if they have a worse problem than I do. Spend a little more and go somewhere that actually CARES about the customer...because it isn't here!!

The Home Design Outlet Center is a MUST visit for anyone who is renovating a bathroom. They have a wide selection, the latest styles and a knowledgable and friendly staff. The prices are also terrific. I found the Home Design Outlet Center team to be very responsive - working with them made the process of renovating a bathroom less daunting!
