  Nothing in the tourist area is cheap, but they are cheaper than the ABC store. If you want to pay less, you must go to Walmart or local stores...

  Convenient cafe located within the Hilton hotel lobby. They have a range of souvenirs, snacks, and other delectables. The cafe also serves coffee and bubble tea. I advise against ordering bubble tea. My sister, her girlfriend, and each ordered different flavors, and they were all bad. And the tapioca itself wasn't cooked all the way. This cafe does have good seating, and also serves happy hour. It's probably a good place to go if you want decently priced drinks but don't want to wander far from the hotel.
