These people are crooks. They took our car—which had the requisite parking permit properly displayed—from the parking lot of our apartment. Then, they tried to make us sign a waiver relieving them of all liability before showing us the car they ILLEGALLY towed. That same waiver—signed by my my boyfriend, who owns the title of the vehicle—said that the signer agreed not to post anything negative about their experience with the company on any social media outlet, or else they would file suit for no less than 5000 dollars liquid damages for impugning the reputation of their business online. Well guess what. I didn’t sign that waiver, so I’m letting everyone know That their lot and the towers who associate with their lot are scumbags. They also made sure to point out in said contract that even though they basically took out vehicle for no legitimate reason, they weren’t subject to further lawsuit due to any losses we incurred in retrieving the vehicle they illegally took. Someday, I will sue these guys into the ground.

Besides my car being towed, the old fat guy at the window is rude and doesn't have change. You must bring exact change only ($230-250 for one day).

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The staff are completely awful and literally would not communicate in any way (to the point of closing the window in my face). If you're given the opportunity to voluntarily do business with this place, take my advice and DON'T.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. They will make you wait out in the cold for an hour only to find out they released the vehicle months ago. completely pathetic.

This place is a "RIP OFF", they are crooks that need to be reported to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU and Texas Dept. of Licensing and Regulation. If they tow your vehicle they will charge for 2 days even if it has only been there a couples of hours. Read the other reviews, it will happen. My car was towed at 11:50 at night, I picked it up 02:11 pm the next day. That's 14 hours 21 minutes. How is that 2 days. They give you no paperwork explaining the hours or why the charges are like that. Those people are rude for no reason and refuse to answer anything.
