::Very Clean and Larger than Average Rooms. Great Location, Staff Very Nice and Easygoing.

::I stayed here for about nine weeks while relocating for work until I found an apartment. It’s not a Hilton or a Marriot but, it is comfortable and CLEAN. Much more so than the other places that I checked out in the Hollywood/Sunset area. To top it off, the owners and staff are incredible. I was treated like a royal guest. They really went above and beyond to make my stay there comfortable and enjoyable. The only reason that I’m not giving a five star rating is because some of the furnishings are old and the wall behind the shower is still in primer after new faucets were instaled. I know it’s minor but I reserve my five stars for par excellence. For the price and location, this place can’t be beat.

::The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable, the rooms were clean, the people were nice. No hot water on our first morning so had to take a freezing cold shower. The flooring in our room was newer but it was cheap faux barn wood vinyl. The rooms were spacious, the furniture old and worn. The walls are eggplant and mauve with olive green drapes, and a brown and grey bed covering. Don't know who their interior designer is....The room had a strong funky odor. Like a weird mix of cleaning products and air freshener sprays. There was no elevator so had to lug heavy suitcases up and down a flight of stairs. And just a community coffee pot by the office for your morning wake up needs. There was just a sheet and the thin bed covering on the bed and a blanket was needed on the chilly LA winter nights so had to turn on the heat to keep warm, which made the room stuffy. The train is easily accessible and there is food and groceries close by. Since we just needed a place to sleep, it suited our basic needs (unconfirtably) but if you are planning on needing more, I would look elsewhere.

::The place is good and is easily accessible to Metro. Only thing is you need to carry your own water bottles and no complementary breakfast. But since metro is so near you can roam around LA with just a couple of dollars!

::This is a great little hotel. The room was a good size, bed was cozy, the was a flat screen, good quality, good channel options. Small gripes, no ice machine, limited parking, and our room was right next to the front desk, so we could hear people as they were checking in until we fell asleep.
