  This place has gone straight to hell within the past couple of years. Not sure if it changed ownership or what but they don't want to help by saying that they are busy, lost the best waxer I've ever had (Kathy I think was her name) and can't keep a new one. Open late half the time and once they do, the employees are late! I got there this morning at 10:04 for a simple polish change, the male owner (I assume) was the only one there. He turned me away with the excuse that he can't do my toes (still not clear as to why) and whenI asked about my nails, he said he just got there and had to set up. I asked when someone else would be there and he didn't know. I left. Came back 30 mins later and It's 3 techs (him included) now I'm told that they are booked and I have to come back in the afternoon. I bet you are a LIE! NEVER AGAIN!!

  Walked in...there was only one person in there getting pedicure. The man and woman owners told me they were understaffed and couldn't help me. They said they had appointments at 5:30. I said it's 5:15....?? .. you can't help me now because you might have customers later....ok!! Well the shop is dirty I noticed ...TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE won't be ever going back

  Worst place, I walked in with my three year old daughter, everyone just stared at me. They do not do the nail dip , shop looks very dirty! Would not recommend!!!

  WORST PLACE EVER... EVERY TIME I GO SHE ALWAYS SAY SHE BABY WENT THEY NOT NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN THEY JUST LOST A CUSTOMER..... VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
