  Save your time and your money. I have never felt so disrespected in my entire life as I did when I went here. My first experience was absolutely wonderful, so I went a second time for a filling, And everything was as horrible as it could ever be. The girl did not know how to glue a plastic nail on and instead had to make me a faux nail out of gel. She then made my nails so thin, that I could feel them bending. Not to mention, that halfway through my appointment she got up and went into the back room with another client and didn't return for 10-plus minutes. She didn't even tell me she was going to take somebody else, she just did so. When I said I was unhappy with my nails because they were Way Too Thin, she refused to file them down for me as per my request. Every time that i tried to speak about the shape of the nail or the thickness, she would shut me down and tell me she basically knew what she was doing. ( she didn't) Then, I was made to feel like some kinds of a science experiment, with another two people simply finishing a simple manicure for me. It was like they did not want to waste their time at all because it was later in the day. Then they tried to charge me an extra $5 because they added on one tip to my broken nail which was later filed down because the girl doing my nails did a very inadequate job. After I complained about the cost they took away the $5 for the acrylic tip which was really UV gel, because the girl could not figure out how to glue a tip on. They then charged me $50 for a manicure. Because I guess due to the work they attempted to do before. I spent nearly two hours there and and everyone was horribly rude to me. Do not waste your time and do not waste your money. I literally feel robbed. EDIT: : it has been 24 hours since I got my nails done with Hollywood Nails, and as I predicted the way to thin amount of UV gel has begun to peel off of my nails. This cost me $50, and I have nothing to show for it now.

  I went here for the first time yesterday because I’m in a wheelchair and it was easy to get in. She took me and my friends right away even though they were very busy. She did a fantastic job.

  I should of been smarter and read the reviews for this place. One word : horrible. They treat their customers like this place is a factory. Get them in and out. Nothing pleasurable or relaxin about this place. Nail techs are rude. No organization. A free mani and pedi wouldn't even pursade me to go back. Waste of time.

  LOVEEE this nail salon. Not sure why anyone has rated it bad. Jane; the owner, is so nice! She knows every client by name. Michelle does phenomenal job on my nails every time. No complaints here!
