  I've tried to go a number of times to get statistically significant results--but consistently: 1. the barista is rarely there and you have to ring the bell a few times before anyone comes out (although to be fair, it's pretty quiet every time I go anyway) 2. I typically order the Vietnamese Iced Coffee (which is in general, overpriced) and am sometimes overcharged for a 20oz when I bring my own 12oz mug. The coffee itself tastes stale because it seems to be a brew sitting in the fridge for who knows how long 3. I also ordered the Thai Iced Tea on one occasion which tasted odd, and I had the stomach bug all day. I would suspect that it was also an old brew that maybe didn't keep as long in the fridge. I ordered kolaches and banh mi sandwiches from them also but these are fine and good, so there's that.

  I ordered a raisin bagel with cheeze and after waiting for more than 15 minutes I got a plain bagel without even cheeze and the lady didn't even apologize for that. That time the place was not really busy I wouldn't go there anymore
