  As of June 2017, there's nothing here but a baseball diamond and an overgrown grassy path surrounding it. The views are no better than what you get from Shore Blvd on Astoria park, and the surrounding streets are undeveloped. They're building a condo right in front of it, so once the inevitable gentrification is complete, then I suspect it'll be turned into a real park. But for now, no need to go out of your way (unless you're on a baseball team)

  Stunning secluded spot gem. The scenery around is remarkable.Good place to relax. In the summer time, it is better go there after 5pm. ****
