  The staff at the hotel is wonderful. They bent over backwards to help me with anything I needed. I have three stars because the hotel is desperately in need of updating. The rooms and halls haven't been refurbished in years, and there is an unpleasant odor in the hallway. The pool is not open yet. The breakfast was pretty good but not spectacular.

  I would not recommend this hotel. It was dirty. The carpets had not been vacuumed because there was dirt and debris in multiple places. The breakfast was a poor set up as well. We had a school group so we were put in a separate room from the regular breakfast. The bread was stale from sitting out, and the milk was warm. On both days the tablecloths had food and stains on them. Also on the second day the food choice was pancakes or eggs. That’s it. The room was decent.

  I stay in the area frequently but not at this hotel except in a pinch. Rooms can be noisy because of the major road. Bedding is not great but okay. TV omits my favorite news channel. Cuban restaurant is a cool concept, but the food isn't worth it.

  We went to see an event at this hotel. It was not an overnight stay thank goodness because I did not like the hotel. My first impression was it was out dated. Than I went to use the bathroom and the toilet was disgusting and filled with urine and poop. The conference center had outdated chairs that hurt all of our backs by the time we left. Not to mention we were all over heated in that very hot room. Would never recommend that Holiday inn.
