  Very nice room! Very clean & update decor. Only stayed 1 night, checked in late and left early so I didn't interact with any staff other than at check in. Only con was the walls are very thin! Could even hear our neighbor sneezing in the night.

  Stayed here for 1 night. At check in the lady said the pool closed at 10pm and room service ended at 10:30. So we go swimming and left the pool at 9:50, go back to the room to order dinner and they closed at 9:30 on a Saturday night. They said I could order it Then go pick it up downstairs! Food was mediocre, wouldn't eat it again. Then woke up and figured out there is no free breakfast! Breakfast is $10 a person at the restuarant. No thanks. For the price of 1 room for 1 night this hotel was not worth it. Won't be staying here again.

  For some reason, the area felt safe. It was away from things so it felt like it would be obvious if someone cane by that wasn't suppose to be there. Staff was great and room was great too. In our room, the fridge was broken and when we told the staff, they were willing to replace it immediately. We said it wasn't necessary since we wouldn't be using the fridge. They gave us drink vouchers to accommodate. Treated well and the rooms were great. That's all I ask for at a hotel.

  We had 2 make last minute reservation durring the week after Christmas 2 stay in Waco longer than expected. They had a GREAT Double King Suite that was just like a 2 Bedroom Apartment. The room opened up 2 a Huge Living area, w/ a Kitchenette, & a bathroom to share, then 2 King size bedrooms. It was Perfect 4 spending time together during the day w/ everyone then having sepetate bedrooms 4 the night. Will deffinantly Choose this place/Type of Suite Again.

  Front desk seemed irritated with my presence. Not friendly and didn't explain any of the amenities or facilities they had on site. No free breakfast. They want to charge you at least $5 for the same food you get at another hotel for free. Already spent $125 on the room. The hotel is new in clean. They had an indoor pool and hot tub in working order. I didn't realize they had a sauna until I was leaving and only noticed it because someone walked into it. Again this goes back to the front desk not giving any information on the amenities. Bed was comfortable. The sheets weren't very soft. When you laid your head on the pillows it seems like the stuffing moved to the sides. I was in a ADA (Americans with Disability Act) room. The shower didn't have a seat. The shower head was not adjustable. It was fixed like in any shower. There was a grab bar in the shower. It was a shower door. No grab bars around the toilet. I didn't need an ADA room I just happened to get one. But I work in healthcare and I think it was lacking what would be needed.
