  Very disappointed in how we were treated by staff after complaining about LOUD noises all hours above use after our 3rd night of being there and it being perfect. I searched several hotel reviews and locations to be in a clean, safe, smoke free environment, with an indoor pool before selecting a hotel. Our issues were not handled and the supervisor was snappy with us when complaining. (I've never complained at a hotel in 15 years of vacationing) Upon arriving home after staying there 5 days we were charge a 250.00 smoking fee to which we specifically wanted NON SMOKING!!!!! I have made multiple attempts to contact the general manager, to which I have yet to get a call or email back!!! At this point I DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel. Also do not reserve a 2 bedroom suite as they do not have them like advertised and be careful with the pool. Chlorine is way to high and my child only got to swim once because of how bad his eyes reacted to it.

  My nephew and his family needed to check in early so the could go to the hockey game. The woman who checked them in around 12 had a room specifically saved for them. So impressed with her! As we left she gave us advice about where to go. Exceptional service. I wish I had written her name down. Will definitely be back.

  I love this hotel. The staff here are wonderful. Jacob at Burger Theory is a great guy. Donna at the desk made my day. This is the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. It's just nice!

  I've stayed with Holiday Inn Denver Tech Center previously for a couple weeks while I was moving. The staff are extremely cordial and helpful. Their rates are great compared to other comparable hotels and motels for the price. It's conveniently located near restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and the freeway. The rooms and facilities are clean and well kept. I would recommend this location to others looking for a good night's rest with peace of mind.

  I stay at this hotel for business often and could not be happier. The staff always makes me feel like a friend, not just a guest. The front desk staff of Brandi, Liz, Brad, Tiffany, Jenna, and Michael are on point always. The restaurant is perfect for a hotel. I'd rather eat there than go offsite. Jacob, Dom, Bianca, and Margaret handle the guests with ease and the food is top notch. Christian in the kitchen is phenomenal, and the morning chef is on point also. It is this hotel experience that has made me an IHG brand loyalist. Very well done
