  Overall would Def recommend this location if staying for an event near the united center. Its only a 7 min drive to the venue and their prices aren't bad for their location! Parking is limited but there is an extra separate lot right next door. When checking in they were an hour late since our room was suppose to be ready at 3. They were nice enough to give us free parking but only after my brother had to complain about the late check-in. We booked a room that accommodates up to 8 people and it was perfect 👌🏼 very spacious bathroom is a bit small. There was a microwave and fridge in our room but the fridge was a bit weird since it didn't turn on all the time 🤔 I feel like they could have more outlets near the beds but I guess that helps with putting your phone down before heading to bed. Pool was not open for the season! Not sure when they do open but a heads up would of been nice!

  Location was great. Cheap however, you get what you pay for. Rooms were TINY for a family of four. We were bumping into eachother. No ice machine on the 2nd floor. $50 to park, insane. Had to call the hotel FOUR times to request an early check in bc we'd be in from out of town for a funeral at the same time as check in. Final call, I was told early check ins are for members only. I had to beg to check in only 2 hours early so we could make it to the funeral on time. Ridiculous.

  As good as it gets for a Holiday Inn Express. Great location which is just minutes from restaurants, shopping, and tourist attractions. The Corner suites are really nice. Great view from the rooms balcony! The hotel itself was was well kept and up to date. Large lobby area with TVs and plenty of areas to sit. Great for large groups traveling together. Worth noting the restaurant was closed Suriname our visit.

  Very, very small bathroom. Very few electrical outlets in hotel room. Very little hotel parking so nearby lot was my only option. Restaurant, pool, laundry facilities in hotel were ALL closed for renovation! Only one ice machine! No vending machines! No breakfast! None of this was disclosed when we made our reservations. Worse yet, we were in town for the AAU ChiTown volleyball tournament so this hotel was force fed to us by tournament affiliated hotel stay-to-play service which made this all even worse! For now, don't stay here at least until they are fully reopened and functional. Courteous employees but come on Holiday Inn Corporate, you are doing everyone a disservice here by trying to operate this location half open! Very frustrating!!!!   Clean facility and friendly staff. Small but tidy rooms. In Nov '22, the dining area was under renovation and breakfast was not available. The breakfast in a sack was a very unpleasant consolation. Would have been helpful to know that ahead of time. Otherwise, a reasonable place to stay.
