  Made a reservation here a few days ago and after arriving nobody was at the counter and I had to wait almost a half hour for someone to show up. The lady behind the counter who eventually came down to help was unpleasant to deal with. However the guy that I talked with at check out was more pleasant and accomodating. Pool and hot tub were nice. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet was very limited. I have had better breakfasts at other hotels for free! Why do they feel the need to charge $12.95 for average food? If the service was a bit better id consider staying here again. However there are other hotels around the area that might be more accomodating. Real hit or miss here.

  The rooms are a nice size. The beds are okay (back was little achy in the morning). However, it's very bootleg. I had 2 rooms and none of all the appliances worked in either. Settled into the 1st room 105, turned the t.v. on, sound started to get choppy, the No Signal. Call the front desk, she fixed that. I had a Roku stick but it didn't show on that t.v. Room was a little frigid so I turned up the heat. Hours later no change. Turned it up some more. An hour later...1 degree increase. Thermostat said 69, but after I got to a new room - I noticed that 69 was not the true and it was more like 50-55 in that room. New room is cool, but bathroom door doesn't shut all the way. Woke up and tried to use the microwave - that and the desk lamp doesn't work. If you're going to take people's money, everything should be required to work. These rooms cost too much to not have them fully functional. It makes me feel cheated. Especially when hotels now charge per person in a room. If a room fits four, there should be one price for the capacity of the room - not a per head charge. Room fits four but it's extra for a 3rd person is stupid. I didn't order anything from the restaurant because I didn't feel welcome after the waitress on the night of 11/27/22 ignored me standing at the end of the bar while she tinkered on her phone, then reluctantly, lazily, and very unenthusiastically handed me a menu after she was coached to do so by the...chef or owner? (not sure who he was but she ruined his dough that night) Overall, I think the stay was worth about $80. There is no reason that these hotels should charge the money they do for run down rooms with half working appliances and lacking customer service. This will not be on my preferred list of places to stay, but it makes the list of somewhat decent places to stay.

  Remote for the living room TV was missing. We didn't receive our discount for two blocks of rooms we reserved for our out of town wedding guests. Could have been 4 or 5 stars if not for these issues. 😔😪😢

  Overall the front desk staff are awesome GM Mike was great, night audit was great very good conversations with those 2, room was very clean. Bartender needs work. When traveling alone sometimes you need to unwind and have a drink and a friendly conversation. The bartender definitely was not friendly and did not talk with anyone in the bar. I have bartending experience as well as restaurant server experience and this guy should not be a bartender. If you are expecting tips, you need to engage with customers. It really says a lot when the bartender is not even behind the bar when you walk in and sit down and after ordering a drink getting an attitude with you about the drink I choose which was in stock and I could physically see it. Sorry it wasn't the first flavor you picked up but I asked for a specific flavor first. Then walking in the back after you order the drink to never return. Other customers were waiting for drinks as well. Being from WI this is a huge disappointment. Next time I return hopefully I will have my family with me and there will be a different bartender. I get you are understaffed and over worked but if you can't be friendly maybe it is time to hang it up and change careers. Not everyone if cut out to be in the customer service industry.

  This place was once very nice to stay at the rooms are a little dated. The restaurant is decent The breakfast was great staff was always friendly. Decent sauna and pool. Didn't get to use the gym but OK. Overall I had an okay stay rested well while I was working out there. The only bad experience I had was the washer and dryer. They garbage please change. My clothes stunk after the wash and the dryer just broke apart. Kind of stayed up late to do laundry just to wake up early and do it at another laundromat the next day.
