  Our stay was terrible. First we were given a room right by the stairs and pool, which made sleep difficult. Then to add insult to injury, the housekeeping staff are rude and unprofessional...barging in while naked and not believing that we weren't checking out until the next day. Borderline harassment in my opinion. The beds were hard as a rock and the stupid fire alarm blinks a super bright led right into your face at night. There literally was nothing good to say about our stay here, even the front desk clerk was rude during check in. The furniture in the room are beat to he** and our shower head sprayed water up towards the ceiling. I usually prefer Holiday Inn, but I wouldn't recommend this location.

  Great Hotel. Located within walking distance to several restaurants. Ample parking. There is a bar located conveniently in the lobby. Room was arranged perfect, there was more than enough room. Temperature was already set comfortably, unlike those other hotels. There was also a nice kitchenette located in my room.

  This hotel is one of the nicest IHG Holiday inn properties that I have been to. The service is exceptional, they have an airport shuttle and lots of parking. The area is nice and close to downtown, 10 minutes. We really liked the decor of the rooms

  That hotel looks nice from the outside. Personally I didn't really enjoy my stay. I felt the cost of what I paid was not worth the value I expected to gain. Most of the sockets in my room didn't work. In fact I had to choose between having one of my bed stand lights on versus being able to charge my laptop. The other bed light stand didn't work at all. The room phone was clearly busted. I tried calling the front desk in 2 separate but they could barely hear me, leaving me to head downstairs to talk to them. I would not stay here on my next visit. I'd probably stay at the Hilton right next to this hotel.

  I had to take off points for the poor customer service. When I called the woman on the phone she sounded like she really didn't want to be at work. She wasn't enthusiastic at all. I called 2 weeks prior to have my reservation rescheduled and the representative said it was taken care of. The day of my arrival I was told that it was never rescheduled but good thing there was still a room available. I had the 2 room king suite with the whirlpool. It was very spacious and the whirlpool was awesome, great for a romantic night. I can't say I had any issues with the room itself.
