  Clean rooms. great customer service by all staff including desk, restaurant, security, housekeeping. We took advantage of parking our car here during our cruise. Transportation service got us to the terminal in maybe 10 minutes. Great hotel and great value. Would stay here again.

  The room was very clean and nice. staff were very pleasant and helpful.....other than the day time manager Leah. She was extremely rude, uncooperative and unprofessional. Her hard working staff seemed to sence this as well and did their best to apologize in advance for her. So upsetting that we have gotten the Holiday Inn Corporate office involved. Canceled our return stay here which was scheduled for a week from now. Due only to this manager.

  Stay was wonderful EXCELLENT service had a small incident with house keeping but after it was brought to their attention service only improved more! They accommodated my special needs and did so with a smile. Will definitely be back!

  Staff was outstanding and helpful, the parking was full (but free and 5 min from the Convention Center) Breakfast was from 6am-11am, the wait staff was very good, filling breakfast, assortment of goodies!) *laughing I had car trouble. and the staff got me in touch with the van service ($11 dollar, ride to the Convention Center)

  Amazing hotel! Staff is friendly and accommodating! Mohammad in the restaurant was an excellent waiter. He didn't mind that we lingered over dinner visiting with an old friend!. Front desk gave me a late check out time and made reservations for a shuttle to the cruise ship! Room was immaculate too!
