::There were flies all over the main entrance and lobby area. The parking lot is under construction so it's chaotic trying to get in and out of the area. Also the garage has a hotel guest entrance that you need a key to get into for extra security but the door is busted so you can just open the door & even if it did work, the other side of the hallway door is completely missing so anyone can still gain access to the hotel rooms. We mostly just used our room for sleeping but book another hotel if you can!

::Landed at LAX at 9:02 pm, waited an hour just to get the bus. I called 3 times and I kept being told 10 min. Finally came, driver NEVER helped me get my luggage in the bus. Then he complained about how the bus was full and only got a 1 tip. Everyone was upset about the service. It's ridiculous. Then get in room, my tv doesn't work and the tub was so nasty. Never will I stay here again. The worst. The front deal clerks attitudes are horrible in how the treat parlo people.

::If you are lucky, you will receive a warm welcome by old faded dirty carpet with burn marks, a toilet seat cover that has a curious feature of coming off the hinges upon opening, and bodily fluid stains on the bed sheets. The prominently displayed Holiday Inn 1950s propaganda wall art is quite effective at making one believe that the updates from the year 2000 are quite recent. If you must stay here, be sure to bring sandals and lots of hand sanitizer.

::I usually prefer holiday inn's but this one was horrible. they said i got upgraded but all they did was move me next to the ice machine that people used all night long keeping me up. The construction noise was horrible during the day. Big hole in my sheets.$ 22.00 to park if you are a guest , $10.00 if you want a mini fridge! couldn't even print out my airline ticket because the business center charges for internet and i didn't have my credit card with me! what next? are they are going to start charging for water usage while showering! Never again at this location...

::The rooms are dated, and the place is currently under some sort of construction. But the worst part was, we had booked a room for two nights, after the first night we left for the day. When we returned to our room, it had been cleaned and beds made. Sounds great, but all of our stuff was gone. We got one small bag of some dirty clothes, that had been "saved". So 1200 miles from home and everything was gone. We were told that they would file a report. Still have heard nothing from anyone.
