  Excellent Stay! Cara & Alyssa were very warm & friendly as they greeted me entering the lobby. The background ambiance music was good. The aroma throughout the hotel was like Bed, Bath & Beyond. Reasonable prices.

  Polite, has a restaurant with good food but they need more staff. Poor waiters and waitresses were running . Rooms were clean. My room had wind howling thru during the storms. Made for a rough night but beds are comfortable.

  Very disappointed booked our stay heading out the next morning for our cruise and the lady we booked over the phone with told us we were approved to park our vehicle here took our dates of our cruise and said we were good to go. After arriving at 9pm the manager said they don’t even ever offer this kind of thing and was not willing to even consider to honor what their employee arranged with us. We are a diamond elite members so we stay at a lot of holiday inn expresses and very disappointed in the service we received at this one! We were definitely lied too I was on the phone making these arrangements for about a half hour confirming the upgrade of our room the parking dates we would be gone for how long our vehicle would be here that it would be $11 a day then she came back and said actually since you are a diamond elite member we will wave that fee as well for parking while your gone. We wouldn't have even minded to pay the $11 a day it’s the fact she flat out lied to us. They really should address their employees and train better on what can and can’t be done before making arrangements with guests!!

  We booked this hotel as a transit for the next day cruise. Staff and service were very good. The hotel was clean but a bit outdated, beds were comfortable. Location though, great for business and if you have a car to go place and to eat. We did not have a car, so had to walk a good 15 min to the nearest restaurant or any other type of services. The other choice was to order in. I would recommend but with a car avail.

  No microwaves in the room. No working laundry machines. Cable rarely worked, always said "no signal" and couldnt use my playstation for streaming tv because their wifi wouldnt allow it to sign on. Not the best location... not really near places to eat or anything to do, except LAX. Bar/cafe downstairs is a joke. Its open for like 4hrs a day. When i tried to look and order breakfast (which the hotel doesnt provide free) they were always closed. I only saw them open from 5pm to 9pm.
