  You were going to get 4 or 5 stars until I saw the bacon monstrosity at breakfast. It was either very undercooked or steamed bacon... maybe boiled bacon? Not good. I've stayed at other holidays inns and this was...wrong. Just a pink pile of gooey looking bacon. Please do not destroy such a wonderful food... it needs to crisp.

  I've stayed at quite a few hotels over the years, but this undoubtedly must one of the very worst places I've ever seen. The room was just too small for a family of four. There was a strange odor in the room and especially at the side exits. It didn't look like the carpets had been cleaned in ages. Someone had spilled chips on the staircase, and they were still there several days later. The location is also pretty questionable, because there are homeless people staying in the park across the street. Avoid this hotel at all costs, unless you want your vacation to be ruined. My entire family became sick, starting with me the day after we checked in. My daughter is turning 13 today, and doesn't even feel like celebrating. Need I say more...

  The desk staff were amazing! The decor is quit dated (my room) my microwave did not work but then again it could of been operator error lol there morning breakfast was very good, I made a point to not miss it! My room was clean and stocked well! The location is a little sketchy as there is quite a bit of “foot traffic” day and night over to a local park that’s right there but was never bothered by anyone! Yes I’d stay there again without question! Access to I-70 is right there both directions with no problem!

  Front Desk staff friendly, which is much appreciated after a long day of travel. But, the hotel overall is in poor condition. Damaged shower, stained floors, sink faucet not attached, no sofa bed linens in room, only two towels for a suite, toilet seat not secured, no coffee cups in the room. Feel ripped off for $267.00, should have paid better attention to the most recent reviews. The location is decent, as it's right off of highway, but area around is pretty run down.

  Service was really great, but in our first room, there was blood in the sheets and our room wasn't vacuumed. The front desk person was real nice about letting us switch out promptly and we were placed in a much better room. Breakfast was really great and included a full bar. However, the homeless population tend to spend the night in the area. Like heavily. I was super worried about my car since I was traveling with a packed back seat. However, no harm done once I got there, thank God!
