I picked up and dropped off several guests in my Uber on Tuesday 6/5 and the grounds and lobby looked spectacular.

It's close to West Point. Room was good, clean, but dated. Sheets had some wear and tear but smelled great. Breakfast was good. I had hardboiled eggs, bacon, an individually packaged quaker oats Oatmeal, some of the pancakes that come out of the automatic pancake maker, and a banana. Oranges and apples were available. So were muffins and all of the major cereals. They also had these seemingly fresh made cinnamon buns. I was disappointed in the gym because it was 3 pieces of cardi equipment, but there is a pool I didn't try. And there is a commercial gym 1 building over, so there is that.

Decent price, roomy room with all the normal ammeneties. Staff was friendly and room was clean. Shower flow was extreme; tons of water. Mediocre breakfast, but at least there was bacon and eggs. Decent fitness room, but everything else was sub par like the dark outdated common areas, bed sheets were static filled like I've never experienced before (literally seriously shocking to get out of bed), no scald guard or protection on hot water in showers (be careful!), heard speakerphone conversation from adjoining room (turned on fan to drown it out), and curtains had shears to close, but didn't block light from right outside the window. Most of these things should be corrected, especially the sheet static, curtains, lighting, sound seal around outlets in demising walls, and scald protection. If they did that, would recommend.
