  Nice rooms. Surprisingly good selection for a 'continental' breakfast, although quality isn't high (fast-food style options). Fitness centre is better than most and has a decent dumbbell selection. Great location, 5 minute walk to the piers.

  The is a nice hotel with an amazing staff. The rooms are nice but there are very few amenities here. They are also very small rooms. Parking is on site for $50+ dollars a night but you can park your car and get around San Francisco easily with the transportation here. Ghirardelli Square and Fisherman's Wharf are a very short walk so you're right next to the action.

  Renovated rooms, breakfast is like a cruise ship with hundreds of people served. No complaints on the food and quick buffet. I was impressed with staffs ability to keep it flowing. Oddities in room like no safe and hanging lamps in places where you walk so you hit your head

  Excellent location close to Fisherman's Wharf, Ghirardelli Square, Pier 39. The Powell-Mason cable car turn around is a block away for a cool ride to Union Square & Market St/San Francisco Center. Recommend the parking package as you've got all day in/out and it's a private garage with attendant so no worries about you car getting broken into. The day of check out you can still leave your car there til 6pm! Great, modernized, clean rooms. Good breakfast with plenty of seating. My new favorite hotel for staying in the city!

  More than just your usual Holiday Inn. Really clean and comfortable. The staff were super friendly and helpful. When we stayed here there was a convention in town so we were lucky to get a family room. The hotel is surrounded by great places to eat and is a really lovely area in general. The breakfasts were fantastic! The bar staff were very good at their jobs.
