  Horrible experience!!! We went to stay there over Spring break and were there from Tuesday to Friday. When we got home (Houston) on Friday evening I noticed I had a lot of bite marks all over my body. I then noticed them all over my sons stomach and legs too. I thought it was a little weird and didn’t know what it was. I went to my doctor first thing in the morning and also took my daughter to their doctor since they both had them too. Right away they asked where I had been over the break and put together the conclusion that they were BED BUG BITES!!!!! I stayed in room 203. I called the manager that day after I was home and spoke with Kylie the shift manager. I asked her that if anyone else had complained about bed bugs and she said not that she was aware of. I explained everything and she said she would speak to the General Manager and would do a report on the issue. She also said I would get a call back the next day. It’s been a week and a half and I still have not heard back. Not only did I have to over pay since it was spring break but now I had to acquire doctor visits to my expenses. Please do not stay here!

  The room was very clean and we enjoyed a quiet stay. There were a few minor maintenance issues with the room (one of the bedside lamps was missing its switch, and the bathtub drain wouldn't go down) but nothing serious. We mentioned it to the front desk and she was apologetic. The only real negative was breakfast. We went down about 15 minutes after it started, and almost no food was set out. Several other customers were having to ask for basic things, like yogurt and fruit. Also, none of the coffee carafes had been turned on so it was all cold! :( The lady working the dining area was very rude to everyone, although I thought they were being pretty polite in making their requests to her. The full breakfast was finally put out by about 7:30. Not the best situation if you're short on time or there for a business stay.

  This is the 3rd successful time we gave had at this hotel. We have 4 kids and they are so patient, kind and friendly. Kylie did everything she could to make our stay awesome....and pleasant.. she is a hardworker and has a good attitude. Thank you Holiday Inn we will be back again..

  The service was great, rooms were great and clean. No complaints. The hotel is down the road from some steakhouse and right behind a huge theater. We loved it and look forward to staying here again.

  Great finish to a rocky start. This stay had the potential to go 1 star in a hurry. The management took a simple booking mistake that could have gone downhill in a hurry and made things fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about this Holiday Inn and all the staff.
