  Very good and friendly staff. Shuttle service is great and comes in handy for roaming around the city. While every other hotel in the rivercenter area is charging heavy for parking, this hotel provides free parking.. which is great. All in all a great experience. Highly recommend !! Two thumbs up ..

  The staff were accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience. The breakfast was scrumptious and had multiple options for any diet. The decor was very stately and welcoming. The room was immaculate and the choice of bedding felt luxurious. There was peaceful quietness the entire stay. This is THE place to stay while visiting San Antonio.

  The manager and owner are great people always tending to their customers. The staff is friendly and there is a shuttle that drops you off and picks you up at certain places in downtown San Antonio. The hotel is very nice and clean with a comfortable atmosphere and beds. You can't go wrong by staying here. 10/10.

  Our room was well kept and felt very modern, not at all run down or "old." Part of that was the fact that there were electrical outlets seemingly EVERYWHERE! I've never stayed in a hotel with so many places to plug things in. We usually travel with power strips and extension cords because there never seems to be an outlet where you need it. Not the case at this Holiday Inn. The complimentary breakfast was very good and had great variety. Hot food, cold food, dry food - they had something for everyone. But the best part was the staff, especially the manager. He was so friendly and accommodating, and it was obvious that he instilled those values in his employees. We were there with a school group of 4th graders, a situation that would easily annoy even the most well-intentioned hotel staffs. Not this one. I really can't think of a way they could have been nicer, more understanding, and more helpful. We don't normally book Holiday Inns when we travel, but this stay will definitely make us reconsider our loyalty in the future.

  Enjoy my stay here.. staff are so friendly. Close to city centre. Breakfast was amazing. Price so great. Highly recommended if you are on a low budget like me
