  Stayed for one night Room was very clean and spacious, keurig coffee maker and fridge in room, pool was nice and clean, breakfast was amazing!!! They had so much to choose from. Overall my family and I had a great experience and will definitely be going back

  Very nice stay for the third time! This particular hotel is really great for a clean and spacious stay with a great complimentary breakfast! They now have updated/renovated rooms and its now cleaner than before. staff was really good and helpful! Will stay here if i ever visit SA again and my stay was so nice that now I would prefer having this hotel at other places i visit.

  We initially were pleased with the hotel. However after settling in for the night, we realized that there was urine on our sheets. Either the housekeepers had simply made the bed over this mess or had intentionally left this. Disgusting. We were moved to a second room upon our request but had to request another due to noisy neighbors (not the fault of the hotel). We were given a third room, and on inspection the sheets appeared clean. We stayed and were told our stay would be covered. Since we used Expedia, we are still trying to figure that out. Unfortunate circumstance but grateful the front desk staff handled the issue quickly. Will not be back on principle.

  It was the worst Holiday inn so far, smelly rooms, front desk regular and situated between a busy noisy ice bar and I10 strong white noise. No double windows, or isolated walls, comparable to a road side motel. I strongly do not recomend to spend your money here, they are better hotels for the same or less price. I won't give a 2 chance, it is just at the wrong location and building has not been modified or conditioned for the area. They are sorry but my money is not any more in my bank.😡. The breakfast area has a great attendant, it was the good part of the time. Hope she applies to other hotel.

  Not bad at all. It’s not high roller but I had a good time in the pool and the lady at the desk was very helpful if I needed anything. I can’t complain other than the club across the street playing music almost all night
