::Pleasantly surprised! Clean rooms, Recently redone seems. Bathroom amenities are all Dove which is very nice! Continental breakfast very well thought out too including many hot items, milk, yogurts, fruits and bakery items as well. Came here with young children and hotel was very kid friendly as well. Only thing is the indoor pool decking is quite slippery and kids were slipping all over but this is a minor thing and the only negative I can think about for this hotel. I definitely recommend and it’s super close to all highways in Columbus.

::Fatima has been great. We took a few photos of things we saw in the room and brought them to her attention. She instantly noted it and ensured we would not be charged a damage claim. She also recommended a fantastic place to eat in Brios.

::All night, there was this super loud beeping noise coming from the front desk. Rooms were good, amazing shower and toiletries. Welcoming staff. Amazing 24 hour coffee. I loved the beds, tv, soaps, and complimentary items. Free breakfast, gym, and pool. But the heater smelt disgusting, pool was murky, and there was an annoying beeping sound ALL NIGHT. It didn't stop and nobody did anything about it.

::This place was great and as described. The beds were comfortable, and the room very clean. The staff was great as well. Easy check in and out process. Let them know about a man issue and they corrected it quickly. The breakfast was over the top good and well stocked. The attendant for the breakfast was phenomenal. Love the town as well. Plenty to do and very walkable. Great place to stay if going to Cincinnati downtown.

::Front desk staff was fine. I had a breakfast worker walk out of the room and shut the door on me mid sentence...we wanted to know if the microwave worked..apparently we had to use the reset button on the wall but how would a guest know that. The room we had was musty and smelled like mold. Couldn't close the curtains so it was bright all night, also very loud. The shower door didn't close all the way. Overall just not worth it for the price of the room. I didn't complain while there but when we got home I realized they tacked 50 extra dollars on the price of the room and I have yet to hear back from customer service about that.
